Welcome to ENDORSE

ENDORSE (Epidemiologic International Day for the Evaluation of Patients at Risk of Venous Thrombosis in the Acute Hospital Care Setting) is a multinational, observational, cross-sectional survey, which will include 358 representative acute care hospitals located in 32 countries/regions. The primary objectives of this survey are:

    * To identify patients at risk for venous thromboembolism (VTE) among medical and surgical patients hospitalized in representative hospitals throughout the world.
    * To determine the proportion of at-risk hospital patients who receive effective types of VTE prophylaxis.
