Risk Assessment Models - GRACE Risk Score

The GRACE ACS Risk Calculator is a clinical decision tool used for risk assessment. It implements algorithms from the GRACE registry for predicting clinical decisions following an initial acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The outcomes then deliver an assessment score. The United Kingdom National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) guideline has recommended employing the GRACE risk score for acute coronary syndromes from the GRACE registry since 2010.
