The Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events (GRACE) (1999-2009) was an international registry designed to track in-hospital and long-term outcomes of patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). With nearly 250 hospitals in 30 countries, GRACE enrolled over 102,000 patients. The GRACE risk score has been developed into an app and it has been integrated into electronic medical records systems used in daily clinical management of ACS patients worldwide. The United Kingdom national Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) guideline has recommended employing the GRACE risk score since 2010.
