Case progress

• 8 hours after admission ECG is unchanged
• No recurrence of pain
• Troponin T at 8 hours = 0.08 ng/ml
• Echo: moderate impairment of LV function (dilated LV)
• Mild mitral regurgitation
• Angiography: mild diffuse 3-vessel disease; no stenoses > 50%
