GRACE: Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events
Methodology

Data Submission

Premier Research (a division of SCP Communications in Philadelphia, USA) will be responsible for all the data management activities. GRACE will utilize the DataFaxTM system to transmit data between participating hospitals and Premier Research. All the requested information on the initial CRF, and the supplemental form (once the six-month follow-up has been completed), will be completed and faxed to Premier Research.

To maintain the integrity of the database, queries regarding incomplete or improper data will be returned to sites for correction.

Confidential data reports will be generated on a quarterly basis and delivered to each participating site. Data quality and consistency with actual clinical events will be monitored and documented.
